Where is your school now?

Implementation happens once. After go-live, most schools move through the next stages in their first year, then repeat the last two every year.

   Stage 1: Implementation

   From build to launch

   Your implementation team works with you to plan, build and launch your platform. This phase happens once, before your school goes live.

   1. Success planningAgree your goals, success measures and how you will tell staff about the change.
   2. Configuration and site buildYour platform is set up for your school: calendar, user roles, curriculum frameworks, assessment and data structure.
   3. Data readyClean staff, student and parent data is imported, and you decide what older data to bring across.
   4. Go live: technical trainingVirtual admin and staff training, around an hour per session, so everyone is confident from day one.

   Once you are live, your school moves to everyday support in the Service Hub.

   Stage 2: First weeks live

   Getting confident

   Staff settle faster when they know where help is and how to ask for it.

   • Share your product's help centre with staff
   • Join a live session from the Global Enablement Calendar
   • Send every question through a request, so it reaches the right team

   Stage 3: Your first year

   Getting full value

   The Standard and Premium Support plans include virtual trainings and services. Use them early in the year.

   • Book your first training session in the first term
   • Check in mid-year on what is working
   • Ask about services for bigger tasks, such as data clean-up

   Reports, admissions, conferences and rollover each have their moment in the year.
