  • EMEA: London, Dubai, and Poland cover schools across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Americas: Portland & Bogota lead support for North, Central and South American schools.
Note: Our distributed model ensures coverage during peak school hours worldwide, minimising downtime and response delays. We adopt a “follow-the-sun” support model, where queries are seamlessly handed over between regions to maintain full context and ensure the quickest possible response.
