ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Faria's Information Security Management System for its Learning Platform is certified by BSI.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data between your computer and Faria systems is encrypted with SSL, and uploads and backups use encrypted connections.
Regional data hosting
Data is hosted in several locations, including Canada, China and the EU. Schools in China use a .cn domain with data hosted in China.
Privacy law
Faria follows PIPEDA, COPPA, EU GDPR and UK DPA 2018, and China's Cybersecurity Law.
Business continuity
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans are in place, with warm standbys of applications and data.
PCI DSS
Faria does not store card details. Payments go through Stripe, and Faria is PCI DSS compliant.
