Submit a Request via Help Centre
Use the Submit a Request button at the top-right of any Help Centre. Include:
- Your school name and product your query is about
- Clear description of the issue or question
- Any relevant screenshots or examples

Tips for Faster Support
- Check if a related article already exists in the Help Centre.
- Use descriptive subject lines in emails or requests.
- Include your school name and campus.
- Share details on your app version or browser information

your request faster. Include screenshots, error messages, and the steps you’ve
tried so far.
