Our support team are here to help you across all Faria products. You can reach us in multiple ways depending on what’s most convenient for you.

Submit a Request via Help Centre

Use the Submit a Request button at the top-right of any Help Centre. Include:

  • Your school name and product your query is about
  • Clear description of the issue or question
  • Any relevant screenshots or examples

Email Support

Send a message directly to our support email for your product:

Embedded Widget

While using our products, click the help widget in the bottom-corner to:

  • Browse related articles
  • Submit a support request without leaving your platform

Tips for Faster Support

  • Check if a related article already exists in the Help Centre.
  • Use descriptive subject lines in emails or requests.
  • Include your school name and campus.
  • Share details on your app version or browser information
