Kelby Zenor

Kelby is the Director of Professional Learning & Development at Faria Education Group, where she leads the strategy, design, and delivery of impactful professional development programs for schools across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in education—spanning early years to adult learning—Kelby brings a dynamic perspective to her work. She is especially passionate about fostering inclusive spaces that spark rich dialogue around meaningful curriculum reform. Kelby holds a degree from St. Mary’s College of California and remains deeply committed to lifelong learning and educational innovation.

Dr. Elizabeth Clarkson
Dr. Elizabeth Clarkson

Dr. Elizabeth Clarkson is a Senior Professional Development Manager at Faria Education Group. With over 25 years in U.S. public and private schools, international education, and community non-profits, she brings deep experience as a teacher, literacy coach, and senior administrator. She believes that connection—between educator and student, curriculum and community—is the foundation of transformative learning. Her work centers on inclusive practices that build learner confidence and agency. Elizabeth holds a BS and MA in Early Childhood Education and Educational Psychology, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership.

Marie Mugabe
Marie Mugabe

Marie Mugabe is the Senior Professional Learning and Development Lead at Faria Education Group, where she partners with schools globally to support curriculum strategic planning, instructional design, and educational practice for teachers and administrators. Marie has served in a range of roles throughout her career, including classroom teacher, ELD specialist, program director, curriculum developer, and university professor. She is passionate about helping educators leverage students’ strengths and ensuring that all learners have access to authentic, rigorous learning experiences. Marie earned her Master’s degree in Education from George Fox University in Portland, where she also serves as an adjunct professor.

Kelly Jensen
Kelly Jensen

Kelly Jensen is a Program Manager for Learning and Development with Faria Education Group, based in Portland, Oregon. She works with educators facilitating conversations about curriculum development and pedagogy. Kelly also takes great pride in creating resources and content to support the individual growth of educators and managing the On-Demand arm of FariaLearn. Her first experience in education was teaching secondary Humanities and Dance, and she has since supported public schools as lead teacher, committee chair, and program director. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and her Masters in Teaching from Washington State University.
